We offer the option that if a customer misses time in their course, they can attend additional courses. Time can only be made up while the course in which the person is registered is ongoing. We do not recommend that people attend at a higher difficulty level than the course in which they are enrolled.

Basic courses
A refreshing course for morning people. Suitable for beginners and people who need to take care of their body. Work on the basic and core exercises of the pilates system. Suitable for all age groups.

Advanced course, working on core Pilates exercises.
The course is for those who have done Pilates before or are in good physical condition and are in good shape. The exercises are challenging but there is more than one version of the exercises so everyone can work at their own pace.
On Tuesdays, there are 6 in a group and we work on TOWER unit devices.
Fridays are 3 in a group and we work on all the studio equipment (Reformer, Wunda chairs, spine corrector...)

Courses for advanced Pilates practitioners and athletes
Tuesdays are three-on-one sessions and we work on all the studio's equipment (Reformer, Wunda chairs, spine corrector...) and on Thursdays there are group sessions, 6 in a group, and we work on TOWER unit equipment.

This course covers the basic and core exercises of the Pilates system. It is for both those who have not done Pilates before and those who want to deepen their understanding of the exercises. The process is slow and deep.

12:05 TOWER MEN
A course for men of all ages. Great for increasing flexibility and strength. Very good for helping with performance in other sports. This course works on the basic and core exercises of the pilates system. It is both for those who have not done pilates before and also for those who want to deepen their understanding of the exercises. Perfect to use your lunch hour to finish off the day's exercise.
