Basic Pilates in a group of three
Tailored for beginners – this small group class is held on the Reformer with the studio’s accessories to support and enhance your workouts. Learn the principles of authentic Pilates in a warm and personal environment with an emphasis on posture, breathing and mindful movement. Perfect for those looking to build strength and flexibility in a small, personalized group setting.
6-week course
Taught once or twice a week (see each course individually)
Starting the week of September 22nd
Registration opens at Abler on September 15th.
NOTE
You don't have to sign up for every class on Abler – when you sign up for a course, you are automatically booked in for all classes. If you can't make it to your scheduled class, you can unregister from Abler and book another class at the same or lower ability level to make up for it during the course, as long as there is space available in that class.
