Intermediate Pilates on Tower equipment
Take your Pilates practice to the next level in a small, personal group class. With the Tower, you will challenge your strength, flexibility and stability with challenging exercises. Emphasis is placed on precise movements, breath control and posture to deepen your connection with your body, sculpt your muscles and improve endurance. Ideal for those who have a basic understanding of Pilates and want to improve and develop their practice further.
6-week course
Taught once or twice a week (see each course individually)
Starting the week of September 22nd
Registration opens at Abler on September 15th.
NOTE
You don't have to sign up for every class on Abler – when you sign up for a course, you are automatically booked in for all classes. If you can't make it to your scheduled class, you can unregister from Abler and book another class at the same or lower ability level to make up for it during the course, as long as there is space available in that class.
