Basic Pilates exercises on Tower equipment
Learn the fundamentals of authentic Pilates in a small, personal group class. Using Tower equipment, this class focuses on controlled movements, breathing, and posture to build core strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Ideal for beginners or those looking to deepen their practice with the support and resistance of the Tower equipment.

Taught once or twice a week (see each course individually)
Starting the week of September 22nd
Registration opens at Abler on September 15th.
NOTE
You don't have to sign up for every class on Abler – when you sign up for a course, you are automatically booked in for all classes. If you can't make it to your scheduled class, you can unregister from Abler and book another class at the same or lower ability level to make up for it during the course, as long as there is space available in that class.
